Zonal Map

This report makes use of Bin and Soft Bin information from the selected wafers. The report breaks down the wafer into different zones and calculate the yield of bins falling in each zone. Users can select multiple lots and wafers so that they are able to see if a particular trend exists across lot or wafers.
